Adult Aftercare Program

What Is The Adult Aftercare Program?
A holistic approach to the continuum of care by helping the participant to develop and maintain a life-style congruent to sobriety.

Admission Criteria
Participants need to be at least 18 years of age. Participants admitted into this program must have previously completed an inpatient/outpatient treatment program. All admissions are based on an individual assessment and evaluation.

Adult Aftercare Program

• Weekly Group Therapy, a minimum of two hours per night, one night per week, for one year.
• Individual treatment plan for each participant.
• Incorporation of the 12-step concept into the daily life of the participant.
• Individual counseling sessions, as needed, for the participant.
• Referral to other agencies, if needed, are made in areas such as vocational, educational, marital, family, medical, and mental health counseling.
• Transition into community support systems such as Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Al-Anon, Al-Ateen, and Overeaters Anonymous.

Cost of Adult Aftercare Program
The Adult Aftercare Program is provided on an ability to pay basis. Charges for services are on a sliding scale fee according to current gross family income. Insurance plans are accepted; and we handle the insurance paperwork for the participant, where possible.
