What is the Adolescent Aftercare Program?

Admission Criteria
Participants must be between the ages of 12 and 18 years of age. Participants admitted into this program must have previously completed an inpatient/outpatient treatment program. All admissions are based on an individual assessment and evaluation.

Adolescent Aftercare Program

• Weekly Group Therapy, a minimum of one night per week, for 52 weeks.
• Individual treatment plan for each participant.
• Incorporation of the 12-step concept into the daily life of the participant.
• Individual counseling sessions, as needed, for the participant.
• Referral to other agencies, if needed, are made in areas such as vocational, educational, family, medical and mental health counseling.
